Over-responsibility
Sorting what's yours from what isn't. Learning to care about someone without carrying them.
Faith-Integrated Coaching · For Individuals
Coaching for high-functioning individuals who yearn to act from their faith and values, trust themselves, and stay close to the people in their lives without disappearing in the process.
Your guilt and resentment. Their tension and disappointment. It feels like too much to handle. You do not know where to start.
You know what everyone else needs. Getting what you need feels more difficult.
You want to set a boundary, but what might happen afterward stops you.
You over-explain to avoid making anyone upset.
From the outside, it looks like you are thriving. On the inside, you are barely getting by.
You bounce between guilt, annoyance, and resentment.
You are exhausted by over-functioning for the people in your life. No more feeling their feelings please.
Something in your life is changing, whether a marriage, a role, a family, or your faith, and you want clarity on how to act from your values, nobody else's.
You've read the books and know some frameworks. You want help putting it all into practice.
These are signs that a strategy that once kept you safe is now hurting you.
Sorting what's yours from what isn't. Learning to care about someone without carrying them.
Learning to tolerate guilt, disappointment, and someone else's reaction without caving.
Staying connected to people without managing their emotions for them (partners, parents, friends, and even coworkers.)
Redesigning your pace for sustainability. Rebuilding your self-worth so it's not dependent on external validation.
Trusting yourself to elicit the most appropriate part of yourself at the most appropriate time.
Getting clear on what you actually think, believe and value, without being rushed toward an answer.
My approach integrates family systems thinking, attachment, cognitive and values-based tools, and body awareness.
My work is anchored in a Catholic understanding of the human person. For clients who desire it, faith is central to our coaching sessions. We bring your relationship with God into the room to help us distinguish divine conviction from internal guilt, sacrificial love from self-abandonment, and true spiritual discernment from fear.
I do not offer superficial clichés or tell you what God wants for you. My role is to hold space and help you clear away internal noise and psychological friction so you can hear the Lord clearly, trust your values, and act with conviction.
No. I am an ICF-certified coach (PCC) with a Master's degree candidate status in counseling psychology. I am not a licensed therapist, counselor, psychologist, or medical provider in any US state.
I don't diagnose, treat mental health conditions, provide crisis care, or bill insurance.
My private practice is intentionally small, so client slots are offered by application. When you reach out, I will let you know current availability and when we might be able to meet. (This is typically about one month out.)
Faith is the foundational lens through which I view human formation and healing. For clients who want their faith to be a key piece of their healing, this serves as a source of strength, clarity, and peace.
Yes. All coaching sessions are conducted virtually via video across global time zones.
I keep a small coaching practice to ensure deep presence for every client. Reach out to share what you would like to untangle and transform in your life, and we will discuss when a coaching spot is open.
